    If you are the child of a Canadian born inhabitant, you are a Canadian inhabitant (but not a Canadian-born citizens, except of way, you physically were born in Canada). Since 2009, when abroad on a Canadian inhabitant who are not born Canadian born, you are not even a Canadian inhabitant.

    that just contradicted physically. they said that if your child was born a Canadian inhabitant then also a Canadian inhabitant, but she also said your not aa inhabitant since of down descent?
